A high-level business delegation representing the business sector in the state of Virginia yesterday at the East Chamber Tuesday, March 3, 2015 to view the partnership opportunities and to postpone talks with their counterparts in the eastern region.

For his part, President of the East Chamber Abdulrahman bin Saleh Alotaishan said that the United States is the main trading partner of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the bilateral trade exchanges between the two countries are improving steadily in recent years.He added that this mutual business activities are renewed thanks to the mutual visits of delegations between the two countries in business organization and attention from the official side too ..
Alotaishan pointed out that there are a number of new and upcoming in Jubail industrial cities such as chemical giant projects fore and Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company.There are a number of American companies such as Siemens and a Lindy its projects in the industrial cities, and Alotaishan said that the industry movement in the kingdom is moving forward at a rapid pace, and the products and machinery and American technology are growing in popularity, and said Ataishan adding that US companies already have a strong presence inSaudi market.
Alotaishan pointed to the presence of more than 400 US companies are now in Saudi Arabia, and joint investments in accordance with the General Authority for Investment exceeded $ 14 billion.
He expressed the hope that more US companies will enter the Saudi market to take advantage of liberal economic policy and attractive package of incentives announced by Riyadh to foreign investors.
